Portrait sculpture and figurative sculpture is a classical art form ideal to commemorate famous people that have made an impact in their specific walks of life.

The fascination to me of portrait sculpture or figurative sculpture is not just producing an accurate three dimensional image that is instantly recognisable or which is a replica of the original model, it is also about capturing the personality behind the image. I am proud to be a portrait sculptor which is the most timeless classical form of sculpture.

Most people associate portrait sculpture as being bronze figures but I have produced portraits in wood, clay, terracotta and in other forms. Whilst bronze sculpture can be expensive to cast, it is such a rewarding medium to sculpt. Some of my works are shown above. I was pleased with many of the portraits I have sculpted and always look forward to portrait commissions.
